This Catalog covers various types of instruments developed in our laboratories for industrial purposes in medical diagnosis and environmental and customs monitoring, process control, as well as custom made instruments for scientific projects at academic insitutions.

The Institute has its own production facilities to make early stage prototypes. Sample batch production of the instruments is carried out at the Pilot Plant of Scientific Instrumentation RAS (Chernogolovka) and Joint Venture Company "Nauchnye Pribory".

MOESSBAUER SPECTROMETER 1101TER


The 1101TER automated Mossbauer spectrometer is designed for simultaneous and independent detection of nuclear gamma resonance spectra of specularly reflected and secondary radiation in a wide range of incidence angles.

It exploits the capabilities of a new nuclear gamma resonance technique grazing incidence Mossbauer spectroscopy developed at IAI RAS.

The combination of two physical phenomena: Mossbauer effect and total external reglection effect in the gamma-optical circuit of the instrument opens new avenues for investigation of surface and multi-layer synthetic structures.

Application: process control and research in the field of ultrathin surface layers, quantum-optical and electronic components, etc.

REAL-TIME PCR BASED DNA AND RNA ANALYSIS INSTRUMENTS ANK 16 and ANK 32


The instruments are based on a novel approach which allows measurement of the initial amount of a specific DNA (RNS) in the tested sample over a wide dynamic range from single to 109 copies.

The instruments come in two versions: ANK 16 and 32 for analysis of 16 and 32 samples, respectively. They have made possible comparative quantitative analyses of five different DNA types simultaneously in a single vial.

Rapid analyzer ANK -4 (4 pieces) is a new-generation instrument of the ANK line. The instrument is designed as a mobile device able to perform a great variety of RT-PCR investigations.

The instrument is able to perform the RT-PCR analysis during 30 minutes. Duration of the entire analysis cycle does not exceed two hours.

Preferred application:

•  rapid analysis under field conditions: biological safety; agriculture; criminalistics;

THE NANOPHORE 05 genetic analyzer based on capillary electrophoresis is designed for automated DNA sequence and fragment analysis.

The instrument is equipped with a four-color laser-induced fluorescence detector and a device for automatic capillary refilling with a separating polymer solution. The instrument is capable of analysis of up to 96 samples in the manual and automatic modes.

Purpose: automated fluorometric analysis of immunocompetent cells, acquisition of cell parameter statistic distributions in order to reveal the subpopulation composition, investigations of fluorescent-labeled cell ensembles and other micro-objects.

The Image Cytometry technique for measuring individual cell parameters has been implemented by detecting and analyzing images of cell suspension in hemocytometer chamber or on microscopic slides.
