CAPILLARY LIQUID ELECTROCHROMATOGRAPH NANOFOR 04

Universal instrument for analyzing compound biological solutions:

NANOFOR 04 is the instrument that realizes capabilities of two techniques : highly efficient liquid chromatography and capillary electrophoresis.

Those techniques are easy in application and efficient; they ensure high reproducibility and accuracy of analysis at extremely small sample sizes (about 2 nl) and low cost of consumables.



Flexible configurations of the NANOFOR 04 electrochromatograph allows one to use either monolithic capillary columns or conventional capillaries, and also to chose the detector type: spectrophotometric or fluorometric.

 

Peculiar features

•  Combination of capabilities of two separation techniques : highly efficient liquid chromatography and capillary electrophoresis.

•  Availability of two detectors (spectrophotometric and fluorometric) mounted in the same casing.

•  Ten-fold increase in the analysis sensitivity due to Z-shaped tray.

•  Fast programmable change of the high-voltage power supply polarity (1 second) in order to concentrate the sample within the capillary.

Remote access to the analysis results through the Internet or local network
