Some methods for off-line electrophoregrams and chromatograms processing have been discussed. These methods could be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of components in complex mixtures. They allow the user to considerably reduce errors in determination of retention times by using reference peaks, to visually compare graphic information and to resolve overlapping peaks in chromatograms and electrophoregrams. The examples of the developed software applications and the protocol for the method in analysis of six component mixtures are presented
