CALCULATION AND COMPUTER SIMULATION OF CHARGED PARTICLES MOVEMENT IN THE ELECTROSTATIC FIELD OF A QUASI-CONICAL ENERGY ANALYSER

The article describes mathematical and computer models of charged particles' movement in the electrostatic fild of a quasi-conical energy analyser, the characteristics of the movement an analysed and the advantages of the field are shown. The movement's initial parameters, optimal for acceptance angle and resolution, are recommended.
