A system was developed to introduce sample into a supercritical fluid chromatograph with CO2 as mobile phase without organic solvents. The analytes introduction system consisted of two valves, which were operated to effect sampling into an inlet column, followed by its solvating in liquid CO2. On example of the analysis organic compaunds of various classes efficiency of the offered sampling in supercritical fluid chromatography with flame-ionization detector was shown.
