MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF SAMPLE INJECTION IN MICROCHIP CZE DEVICES

The mathematical model of sample injection by the injection cross is modeled. Diffusion-convection equations for the evolution of sample concentration in the microgroves forming the injection cross are solved by the finite difference techniques. Five variants of injection with different values of electrical potentials of microreservoirs are studied. The conditions minimizing sample peak broadening are determined.
