PLANE ELECTRODE GEOMETRY ELECTROSTATIC SYSTEM CALCULATION FOR ANALYSIS OF CHARGED PARTICLE BEAMS USING THE BOUNDARY INTEGRAL EQUATION METHOD

An algorithm is given to calculate electrostatic systems with a plane particle beam analysis for apart and near the electrode surface, using the boundary integral equation method. The possible singularities of surface charge density at the integration interval ends are ignored. The problems connected with the kernel singularity are obviated by reducing the singularity of the integrated function.
