A CHAIN OF KINETIC EQUATIONS DESCRIBING MULTILAYER ADSORBTION UNDER THE LATTICE GAS APPROXIMATION

The investigation of the thin film growth kinetics is continued in this paper in the case of manylayer adsorbtion. A sequence of equations for manyparticles distribution functions is given. Within the framework of NEP approximation the equation of GKBET-model and its solution in the case of fast diffusion are derived. The behaviour of local coverege is studied with a partivular attention to the case of limiting number of layers.
