MEASUREMENT OF OPTICAL DIFFRACTION IN FIXED DIRECTION ON THE DEEP HOLES WITH OBSTACLES

The paper deals with the optical method for the measurement parameters of the deep holes with rectangle obstacles. The dependence of the parameters of the diffraction portrait on the diameter and depth of the hole and on the width of the obstacle is investigated.
