THERMAL  STATE  MODELING  FOR  THE  MICROVIALS 
WITH  SAMPLES  DURING  THE  POLYMERASE  CHAIN  REACTION

   The paper is devoted to the calculation of the thermal field of a microvial with the tested sample in a solid-state DNA amplificator during the polymerase chain reaction. The conditions for vaporization and vapor condensation of the samples are considered. The mathematical model of the process and calculation results are presented.
