A mass spectrometry technique is
offered as a tool for quantitative evaluation of halogen-modified deoxyuridine
concentration ratios. The direct relationship between concentration ratios
of the mixture components and signal intensities is shown. It is found
that the mass spectrometric technique is quite suitable for quantitative
determination of halogen-modified deoxyuridines, which gives not only concentration
ratios of the compounds studied, but also accurate enough quantitative
estimates.
