Special equipment to study the effect
of hypoxia and hyperthermia on cell cultures is developed, designed and
made. The installation allows one to cultivate cells in special conditions
(temperature, gas phase composition, humidity), create and maintain
controllable hypoxia, estimate the cellular culture phase composition
and respiratory activity.
The action of the antyhypoxant Hypoxen (poly(dihydroxyphenylenethiosulfonate
sodium)) on the cellular culture 3T3 is preliminarily investigated in hypoxia
conditions.
