The paper presents a new method
to determine the deuteron magnetic moment in the units of proton magnetic
moment based on a commercially available NMR spectrometer. The obtained
value of mud/mup = 0.307 012
2080(15) is one of the most accurate results for this fundamental
constant ever reached.
