The paper deals with characteristic features of digital signal
filtering algorithms applied to substance analysis in a microfluidic analytical
system (MFAS) developed at the Institute for Analytical Instrumentation
RAS in association with Ioffe Physico-Technical Institute RAS. The accompanying
problems of analytical data processing related to analytical signal forming
mechanisms as well as tools and methods of signal detection are not considered.
