The linear differential equations with floating factors
are widely enough applied to simulation of the dynamics of non-stationary
automatic control systems. The methods of obtaining analytical relationships
between parameters of transients and those of a control system based on
application of the Laplace transform to linear systems of ordinary differential
equations with linearly time-varying factors are considered.
