The paper presents the data on the development of mass spectrometric instrumentation at the Special Design Bureau of Analytical Instrumentation, USSR Academy of Sciences (SKB AP USSR AS) and Institute for Analytical Instrumentation, Russian Academy of Sciences (IAI RAS), including those on production volumes (together with manufacturing plants), application areas and new projects with participation of IAI RAS.
