The potential of Mössbauer emission spectroscopy as a tool for electron structural studies of high-temperature superconductors is demonstrated by the example of  67Cu(67Zn) and  67Ga(67Zn)  isotopes. It is shown that the method allows one to obtain the spatial distribution of electron defects in crystals - as well as to investigate the electron density changes in metal lattice nodes of copper metal oxides when they are transferred to the superconductive state.
