The Science and Technology Centre of Unique Instrumentation RAS (STC UI RAS) has carried on a series of fundamental and applied studies in the field  of scientific instrumentation and optics, including some pioneering ones , which have provided the basis for development of new physical principles realized in state-of-the-art scientific instruments and technologies introduced into the research practice.
