  The small-sized measuring instruments based on the magnetic levitation suspension find increasing application in the systems of automatic control of vehicles. Main technical characteristics of accelerometers with a sensing element based on the magnetic suspensions are considered and the perspective of application of high-temperature superconducting materials to increase the accuracy of transducers based on the magnetic levitation suspension is evaluated. The description of the scheme of low mass meter based on a sensor with the superconducting magnetic levitation suspension for the zero-gravity state is given.
