It is proposed that ergonomics and medicine should involve universal harmonic 1/f  rhythms widely encountered in nature, human body and even in classical music. The life-giving fluctuations with such hyperbolic spectrum should be contrasted with the destructive effect of white noise brought by civilization as a hard ecological disease. Some specific examples of the new paradigm are given, which are based, as might be expected, on the oldest and fundamental criterion of harmony — the gold section. Translation of the technosphere and life into harmonic language of nature would make the human environment healthier and more comfortable.
