In some cases to prevent dangerous
situations, there is a need for unconventional methods and devices for
monitoring both the objects and environment. Some methods and systems for
such monitoring can be implemented using the advances in geophysical science
and instrumentation. For the last two decades a geophysical monitoring
technique has been developed, which involves observation of time variations
of geophysical parameters, including the long-period ones.
