The paper gives the analysis of errors in NMP spectroscopic measurements of N-acetylaspartate (NAA) concentration in brain white substance tissues. The software minimizing the systematic error and providing NAA concentrations measurement errors below
3 % has been developed. The NAA concentration in brain white substance tissues was determined for a 19-year-old man [C(NAA)=11.0+-2.3%  mmol/l] and a 60-year-old man [C(NAA)=10.6+-1.0%  mmol/l].
