    The wave signals are characterized by energy, pulse and information. The Ferma and Mopertue principles are studied as applied to signal time, effect and information. The group and phase velocity of signal propagation are analyzed. Restrictions upon signal processing effect,velocity, controlability and stability are evaluated.
